product return policy
All in-stock office products are returnable within 30 days. Products must
be in their complete and original packaging including all manuals. Technology
returns such as computers, cameras, printers, software, peripheral accessories
must be returned unopened within 14 days of purchase. Return of defective
products is contingent on the manufacturer's defective and/or repair/replacement
policies. Products
ordered to your specifications are not returnable, including special ordered
product and non-stock merchandise. Please contact a Beatties Basics' representative

day shipping and handling fees will be added to the competitor price
